Progressive and secular in its philosophy, The Srijan School follows a child-oriented approach, hence the teacher becomes the most important part of the school staff.

Unlike many other schools, you will find even the Head of the School in a classroom, doing what she is best at- teaching and guiding students.

As Srijan is fast growing as a new-age education centre, we are constantly receiving applications from interested teachers. While we appreciate that fact, we are more inclined to encourage teachers with a breaking-the-mould attitude.
